Deming’s List

The FDE market map: companies, verified roles, and specialist search.

Current operational disclosure

Privacy, in plain language.

Deming’s List is currently a static website with email contact—not an on-site form, public candidate profile, account system, or tracking product. Email introductions are still personal-information collection and are covered below.

No site form, ad pixel, or site-code cookie.

The public site is static and served through GitHub Pages. Deming’s List does not currently run an on-site form, advertising pixel, session replay, user account, or first-party visitor analytics script, and its site code does not intentionally set a tracking cookie.

Like other web hosts, GitHub may process technical request information when it serves a page, such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser details, and security or diagnostic data. GitHub describes its practices in the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

Search engines may independently record impressions and clicks. Aggregate search-performance information may be available to a verified site owner through webmaster tools.

You choose what enters the conversation.

When you use a mail link, your message leaves this website and is handled by your email provider, the receiving email service, and their supporting infrastructure. Deming’s List receives the name and address associated with your message, its contents and attachments, routing metadata, and anything you voluntarily include.

Email information may be used to respond to a correction or inquiry; evaluate a public listing; calibrate a possible employer-paid search; discuss a relevant opportunity; maintain consent, suppression, security, or dispute records; and prevent abuse.

Email is not a secure channel for highly sensitive information. Do not send identity documents, financial account numbers, medical information, passwords, private customer data, or confidential source code through the public contact link.

Research is not consent or representation.

Deming Search may review public professional evidence to understand a market or prepare for a specific employer need. A public profile is not proof that someone is available, interested, vetted, represented, willing to relocate, or authorized to work in a particular place.

If you choose to join the talent network by email, Andre uses your message and linked professional materials to assess fit for the FDE and AI deployment niche, contact you about relevant opportunities, and maintain the permission record needed for a recruiting introduction. The present service is intended for U.S.-based recruiting activity while the operating and privacy framework is being formalized.

No person should be presented to an employer without a transparent conversation and explicit permission for the exact company, role, and information to be shared. Only the information agreed for that presentation is shared with that prospective employer and the service providers needed to operate email and business records. Candidates are not charged for recruiting services, and their information is not made public merely because they contacted Deming Search.

Keep what is needed; correct what is wrong.

Because there is no site account or form, there is no self-service profile to edit or delete. A talent-network introduction is reviewed at least annually and deleted or re-confirmed if there has been no active conversation for 24 months. Employer inquiries and ordinary correspondence are reviewed when the matter closes and ordinarily deleted after 24 months. Permission, contract, tax, security, suppression, or dispute records may be kept longer when needed to document the relationship or meet legal obligations.

You may ask Andre for a copy of information you supplied, or ask to correct or delete it, withdraw recruiting contact consent, stop non-transactional outreach, object to a use, or record a do-not-contact request. A minimal suppression record may need to remain so the request can be honored, and identity may need to be confirmed before acting. If the response does not resolve a concern, you may contact the privacy or data-protection authority that applies where you live.

Direct links lead to other operators.

The directory and jobs board link to employer sites, applicant systems, social networks, and other third-party pages. Their policies govern what happens there.

Deming’s List does not receive an application merely because someone follows a job link. Applications are submitted directly to the employer or its applicant system unless a page explicitly states otherwise.

The notice must change before the product does.

Before an employer or talent form launches, this notice will identify the exact fields, purposes, storage locations, providers, access rules, retention review, security approach, and choices that match the implemented system. Employer and candidate flows will remain separate.

Any analytics or new jurisdictional recruiting activity added later will also be disclosed before or when collection begins. This page is not permission for undisclosed future collection.
